Hello York parents/guardians!
             Welcome to the tenth week of the school year! Be on the lookout for report cards this Friday. PBIS dog tag award assembly on Thursday at 10:30. Also be on the lookout for an email if your child will be receiving a dog tag award! 
              Please remember to send $6 with your child to purchase Scholastic News this school year! This program is a great resource to keep the students aware of current events and a new
magazine is given to them every week! We are also accepting donations towards the fund!
 
              Please email me for our first round of parent conferences! I am available at 8:15am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and at 4:15pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
 
             Students are now encouraged to complete 3 math assignments and 3 reading assignments on Scootpad.com each week. Students will be able to work on them over the weekend as well. These assignments will only include objectives that we have covered in class. If you ever need help in signing in please do not hesitate to email me.
 
             Thank you for those of you who have donated healthy snacks recently! The snacks do go away fast and we are always in need.

9th Week of School

We have slowed down, and I think it would be helpful if you ask your child why we’ve slowed down so they could reflect. Please help to encourage your child by asking them how many we have received each day.
