Hello York parents/guardians!
The second grade teachers are planning to have an end of the year pizza party on June 7 @ 11:30-12:30 outside at the picnic area. We want to reward students that have learned self control and help motivate students to finish the year off strong.
June 8 is our annual Teachers VS fifth graders kick ball game. If you would be able to come in the morning to help monitor the class as they are viewing the game from the side of the kickball field I would greatly appreciate it! Please let me know if you could help.

I am available at 8:15am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and at 4:15pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Last week we started to conduct our final reading checks for the end of the school year to determine if students have become a better reader since the beginning/middle of the year.
Students are encouraged to complete 3 math assignments and 3 reading assignments on Scootpad.com each week. Students will be able to work on them over the weekend as well.
Thank you for those of you who have donated healthy snacks recently! The snacks do go away fast and we are always in need.
